A word of Encouragement from the Apostle's Desk:
Jesus doesn't hate anyone; he died that everyone may have a right to life and life more abundantly. However, Jesus did have disdain for the sin found within men; mankind and this world's systems.
A Word on it:
Psalms 24:1-2 NLT
[1] The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. [2] For he laid the earth’s foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean depths.
The earth and the people on the Earth belong to God. He created all, but we as the people, have created systems of beliefs, functionalities, codes, biases, and fears that we have chosen to live by that does not honor God or His word; and we call it "my truth" and stand on it as if it is Bible. We as God's people must align our beliefs, understanding, views, and our everything with the pure and unadulterated word of God. This must be our central focus when it comes to our lives -- God's Word Over Everything!
Matthew 7:5-6, 12-14 NLT
[5] Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye.
We as believers must examine ourselves first on a daily basis (Luke 9:23/Romans 12:1). In dealing with our friends or people in general, we as born again believers can't be self-righteous in our approach as if we are perfect; but a little transparency will help bring balance to the understanding we desire our friends or people to have as we witness to them in love.
[6] “Don’t waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don’t throw your pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack you.
- There are some people who will never accept the truth of the word of God, and we as believers must leave them in God's hand (2 Timothy 3:1-17). If you force the issue, you can find yourself on the wrong side of right; don't argue with the foolish unbeliever or believer who chooses not to live the life of a believer in Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 3:21-26 NLT). Witness to those who want or shows an interest in the life you live according to the scriptures and those the Holy Spirit leads you too. It is ok to choose to be a silent witness, through how you live your life before all of mankind; but but also choose live out loud when it is appropriate or needed by opening up your mouth to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and to defend His word. As believers, we don't judge to condemn mankind to hell, we judge in efforts to empower mankind to live holy and acceptable lives unto God (Romans 12:1-3 NLT).
[12] “Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.
- To get respect give respect, to get love give love, and to be honored give Honor. You get what you give; it is the law of harvest, finance, and a agricultural principle (Luke 6:38)
[13] “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.
- It will cost you to chose righteous living [a life of believing and living in Jesus and the principles of His word], but it will cost you even more, with irrevocable consequences, when you chose unrighteous living [Not believing and/or choosing not to follow the principles of His word](Proverbs 14:11-19 NLT)
[14] But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.
- As a believer in Jesus Christ, everyone [non-believers and some believers alike], will not find the promised gates, because living a holy and righteous life isn't easy and isn't accepted by the masses, family members, mentors, friends, colleagues, and/or fellow church members. You have to determine how you're going to live today and how you're end is going to be...(Joshua 24:15/Matthew 7:21-23 NLT)
In Conclusion:
You have the choice to chose your destiny in this life. You have to the power to determine your future. No one can take that right from you. Your decision is yours to make concerning this life, but how you choose to live this life with or without Godly principled morals, character, and integrity, every choice has a consequence...🤔
As a believer, I do strive for perfection knowing I am going to make misstep some where or sooner or later, but I consciously choose daily to live by Biblical principles for this life of mine. What is your choice today?
